Evaluation on Forest Ecological Benefits Based on Distributions Measurement Methodology:A Case Study of Natural Forest Protection Program in Longjiang Forestry Group

摘要 基于分布式测算方法对龙江森工集团天保工程生态效益进行评价,探讨森林生态效益的消长变化,为后续天保工程生态效益评价提供技术支撑。基于龙江森工集团二类调查数据,采用分布式测算方法,依据林业行业标准《森林生态系统服务功能评估规范(LY/T1721-2008)》,对龙江森工集团主要植被类型天然林资源保护工程生态效益进行评价。在天保工程实施期间:(1)生态系统服务功能价值量增加1 582.36亿元·a^(-1),各项生态系统服务功能增加值从大到小排序依次为:生物多样性保护、涵养水源、保育土壤、净化大气环境、固碳释氧和林木积累营养物质;(2)其中,8种林分类型生态系统服务价值量呈减少趋势,12种林分类型呈增加趋势,但研究区生态系统服务价值总体呈增加趋势;(3)近熟林生态系统服务功能价值量增幅最多,达122.44%;其次是中龄林,生态系统服务功能价值量增幅为56.39%。龙江森工集团天保工程为恢复、保护和发展生态环境进行巨大的投入,天保工程区所产生的森林生态效益给当地乃至全国提供了服务。 This study used distributions measurement methodology to evaluate the ecological benefits of the natural forestprotection project(NFPP)of Longjiang forest industry group and explored the changes of forest ecological benefitsto provide technical support for evaluating ecological benefits of the NFPP. Based on Ⅱ Forest Resources in LongjiangForestry Group,according to the forest ecosystem services assessment specification(LY/T1721-2008) and the distributedmeasurement method,this paper evaluated the ecological binifits of the natural forest protection program(NFPP)of mainvegetation types in Longjiang Forestry Group. During the implementation of NFPP:(1)The total value of the ecologicalbinifits has increased by 1 582.36×108 RMB yuan·a-1,and from high value to low value is biodiversity conservation,water conservation,soil conservation,atmosphere environmental purifying,carbon fixation and oxygen released andnutrients accumulation;(2)Among them,the value of ecosystem services of 8 forest types showed a decreasing trend,and the 12 forest types showed an increasing trend,but the total value of ecosystem services in the study area showed anincreasing trend;(3)The value of ecosystem services in the near-mature forest was increased by up to 122.44%,followedby the middle aged forest,and it was increased by 56.39%. The NFPP of Longjiang forest industry group has invested a lot inthe restoration,protection and development of ecological environment. The forest ecological benefits produced by the projectwill not only provide service to the local but also the whole country.
