摘要
高校新工科建设是新时代下工程科技进步和创新驱动力提升的内在要求,是推动经济社会建设、发展的助推器。本文在对比传统工科培养模式和新工科建设要求的基础上,将校企合作和产教融合作为新工科人才培养的切入点,通过就业追踪和传统的工科人才培养的评价分析,以毕业生、学校、企业以及高校制度规范等为评价主体,在体现高等院校工科人才培养的质量与结构,满足产业发展需求的同时,采取模糊综合评价的方法建立校企合作和就业满意度视阈下的新工科人才培养质量追踪和评价体系。
The construction of new engineering in colleges and universities is the inherent requirement of engineering science and technology progress and innovation driving force in the new era,and is a booster for promoting economic and social construction and development.Based on the comparison of traditional engineering training mode and new engineering construction requirements,this paper takes the school-enterprise cooperation and the integration of production and education as the entry point for the training of new engineering talents.Through the evaluation and evaluation of employment tracking analysis and traditional engineering talent training,graduates,schools,enterprises and institutional norms are the main subjects of evaluation.While reflecting the structure and quality of engineering talent training in universities,it is necessary to meet the needs of industrial development.The method of analytic hierarchy process is used to propose a quality tracking and diversification evaluation system for new engineering talents in colleges and universities.
