摘要
随着中国经济稳步发展,中小企业融资问题也成为城市经济发展的重点问题。通过分析国内中小企业融资现状,找出存在融资难、融资慢的原因,并对国内中小企业顺利融资提出对策建议:推广传统化与格式化有机结合融资模式,推行企业凭证、融资审核模式联网制度,建立中小企业价值体系,推进企业信息化进程。
With the steady improvement of China’s economy,the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises has also become the focus of urban economic development.Through analyzing the current financing situation of domestic small and medium-sized enterprises,this paper finds out the reasons why financing is difficult and slow,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the smooth financing of domestic small and medium-sized enterprises:to promote the financing mode that combines traditional and formatted organically,to promote the networking system of enterprise vouchers and financing audit modes,to promote the value system of small and medium-sized enterprises,and to promote the informatization process of enterprises.
