摘要
目的:观察益气生血汤结合外固定支架术对创伤性胫腓骨骨折患者骨折愈合指标的影响。方法:选取本院骨伤科2016年1月至2018年1月收治的创伤性胫腓骨骨折患者100例作为研究对象,双盲法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组50例。对照组患者给予外固定支架术治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予益气生血汤治疗。观察两组患者症状消退时间及骨折愈合时间、中医证候积分、临床疗效、骨密度等。结果:观察组患者疼痛消退时间、肿胀消退时间、瘀斑消退时间及骨折愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者口渴、尿赤、肿胀、便秘、瘀斑、疼痛积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组有效率96.00%,对照组有效率82.00%,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后骨密度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气生血汤结合外固定支架术治疗创伤性胫腓骨骨折,能促进患者骨折痊愈,减轻疼痛,提高临床疗效。
Objective:To observe the influence of Qi-Boosting and Blood-Generating Decoction combined with external fixation on fracture healing indexes of patients with traumatic tibiofibular fracture.Methods:A total of 100 patients with traumatic tibiofibular fracture treated in our hospital's orthopedic department from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected as the study objects,and divided into the control group and the observation group with double-blind method,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with external fixation,while those in the observation group were treated with Qi-Boosting and Blood-Generating Decoction on the basis of the treatment in the control group.Then the times of symptom regression and fracture healing,TCM syndrome score,clinical effect and bone density were observed.Results:The times of pain regression,and swelling regression and ecchymosis regression and fracture healing in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of thirst,red urine,swelling,constipation,ecchymosis and pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate was 96.00%in the observation group,which was higher than 82.00%in the control group.And the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the bone density of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qi-Boosting and Blood-Generating Decoction combined with external fixation has a remarkable efficacy on fracture healing indexes of patients with traumatic tibiofibular fracture,can promote the recovery of fracture,relieve pain and improve clinical effect.
