摘要
目的:基于数据挖掘系统分析名老中医治疗斑秃和脂溢性脱发的用药规律。方法:通过检索中国知网数据库,以“经验”为关键词,并在此范围内分别搜索关键词为“斑秃”“脂溢性脱发”的期刊论文。结果:最终获得名老中医经验68篇,其中脂溢性脱发30篇,斑秃38篇。斑秃和脂溢性脱发所使用频次较多的20种药物中,有10种药物是重复的,分别是赤芍、川芎、牡丹皮、当归、茯苓、旱莲草、黄芪、女贞子、生地黄、制何首乌。治疗斑秃的所有药物出现的次数总和为296次,在治疗药物的使用中,补血药使用频率最高,清热凉血药也占有一定的比率。治疗脂溢性脱发药物的使用次数总和为306次,清热凉血药使用率最高,而补血补气药的使用比率相对较低。斑秃和脂溢性脱发使用频次较高的方剂有补肾生发方、七宝美髯丹、二至丸、六味地黄丸等。结论:从名老中医验方的角度进一步证实了斑秃和脂溢性脱发所使用药物和验方的不同性,为临床提供一定的诊疗思路。
Objective:To analyze the medication rules of famous and old TCM doctors in treating alopecia areata and seborrheic alopecia.Methods:By searching the database of China HowNet,we tood"experience"as the key word,and search the periodical papers with the key words of"alopecia areata"and"seborrheic alopecia"in this scope.Results:In the end,68 papers about the experiences of famous and old TCM doctors were obtained,including 30 papers about seborrheic alopecia and 38 papers about alopecia areata.Of the 20 medicinals that were frequently used in treating alopecia areata and seborrheic alopecia,10 were repetitive,namely Chishao(Radix Paeoniae Rubra),Chuanxiong(Rhizoma Chuanxiong),Mudanpi(Cortex Moutan),Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis),Fuling(Poria),Hanliancao(Herba Ecliptae),Huangqi(Radix Astragali),Nvzhenzi(Fructus Ligustri Lucidi),Shengdihuang(Radix Rehmanniae)and processed Heshouwu(Radix Polygoni Multiflori).The total number of times of all the medicinals for the treatment of alopecia areata was 296 times.In the use of the medicinals for the treatment of alopecia areata,the use frequency of blood tonics was the highest,and the medicinals for clearing heat and cooling blood also accounted for a certain proportion.The total number of times of using medicinals to treat seborrheic alopecia was 306,the frequency of using medicinals to clear heat and cool blood was the highest,while that of the ones to replenish blood and qi was relatively low.The prescriptions used frequently in the treatment of alopecia areata and seborrheic alopecia included Kidney-Supplementing and Hair-Growing Recipe,Seven Treasures Beard-Blackening Elixir,Double Supreme Pill,Six-Ingredient Rehmannia Pill,etc.Conclusion:This article further confirms the differences between the medicinals and the prescriptions used for alopecia areata and seborrheic alopecia from the perspective of the empirical formulas of famous and old TCM doctors,which can provide some clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas.
