摘要
心意六合拳是我国三大内家拳之一,首传于河南洛阳,历经三百余载岁月洗礼,已是一个普及华夏、远播海外的中华武术代表性拳种。在洛阳地区,该拳种长期在回族中流传,受到回族文化影响,形成了独特的演练风格,且为保家卫国作出过贡献。近代以来,该拳种逐渐传播到汉族中,成为加强回汉团结、促进文化交流的桥梁。当下,该拳种不仅入选了非物质文化遗产目录,还走入大众和校园,阐发着全民健身的独特价值。
As one of the three internal styles of Chinese martial arts,Xinyi Liuhe Quan was first practiced in Luoyang,Henan Province.After about three hundred years,it spread throughout China and even overseas,and became one of the representative styles of Chinese martial arts.In Luoyang,it has been practiced by Hui people,whose dauntless character have made an effect in its style of practice,and has made a contribution in defending the country.Since the modern era,it has spread to Han people,thereby helping to unite different ethnic groups and promoting cultural exchanges.In the recent time of reform and opening up of the country,Xinyi Liuhe Quan has been conferred the title of“Intangible Cultural Heritage of Luoyang City”and introduced to the public and schools,shading light on its unique role in nationwide fitness programs.
