摘要
中风的机制为气虚血瘀,本源为阻滞脉络。益气活血法是治疗此证的根本大法。益气活血类中药治疗该病具有多环节、多途径、多组分、多靶点的特点和优势,治疗机制包括:①抗氧化应激作用;②抗炎症作用;③抗细胞凋亡作用。益气活血类方药治疗脑缺血再灌注损伤后神经血管单元损伤还存在以下问题:①调节脑缺血再灌注损伤的通路非常复杂,且脑缺血再灌注损伤的发生发展及脑缺血再灌注损伤后引发神经血管单元损伤的具体机制尚待商榷;②益气活血方药虽然能在脑缺血再灌注损伤后神经血管单元损伤的不同方面、针对不同的发病机制发挥作用,但仍需进一步明确益气活血方药对调节脑缺血再灌注损伤的信号通路的影响。
The mechanism of apoplexy is qi deficiency and blood stasis,and the origin is the block of channels. The benefiting qi for activating blood circulation method is the fundamental method to treat this syndrome. The treatment of Chinese medicine of benefiting qi for activating blood circulation has the characteristics and advantages of multi link,multi-channel,multi-component and multi-target. The treatment mechanism includes:(1)anti-oxidative stress effect;(2)anti-inflammatory effect;(3)anti-apoptotic effect.The following problems still exist in the treatment of neurovascular unit injury after cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury with Chinese medicine and prescriptions of benefiting qi for activating blood circulation:(1) the pathway of regulating cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury is very complex,and the occurrence and development of cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury and the specific mechanism of neurovascular unit injury after cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury remain to be discussed;(2)although prescriptions of benefiting qi for activating blood circulation can play a role in different aspects of neurovascular unit injury after cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury and in accordance with different pathogenesis,it is still necessary to further clarify the effect of prescriptions of benefiting qi for activating blood circulation on the signal pathway regulating of cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury.
