摘要
咳嗽可分为急性期与恢复期。咳嗽急性期以清法为主,用药清轻升浮,用量较轻,重在治标。同时,根据肺络理论,肺络脉有血络、气络之分,血络结则营血瘀阻,气络结则气津凝滞,二者相合可致肺络痹阻,导致肺炎喘嗽的发生。因此,除清法外,可将"化"法贯穿于整个咳嗽急性期治疗的始终。"化"法主要包括化痰、化滞、化瘀。咳嗽恢复期以固表为主,兼以顾护脾胃、营卫,清除余邪以及兼症的治疗,重在治本。此时期,要尤其重视顾护小儿阳气,临证时,常稍佐附子、桂枝以助温阳,取益阳祛邪之意。如此,确能达到扶正不助邪、祛邪不伤正之目的。
Cough can be divided into acute and recovery stages. In the acute phase of cough,clearing method is the main method.The medicine used should be light and uplifted,and the dosage is small. The key is to treat the symptoms. At the same time,according to the theory of lung collaterals,there are blood collaterals and qi collaterals. If blood collaterals are blocked,Yingxue stasis will be blocked,and if qi collaterals are blocked,qi and jin will be blocked. The combination of the two can cause obstruction of lung collaterals and lead to pneumonia and asthma. Therefore,in addition to clearing method,we can use the " removing" method throughout the treatment of acute cough. The method of " removing " mainly includes removing phlegm,removing stagnation and removing blood stasis. In the recovery stage of cough,the main treatment is to consolidate superficies,while protecting the spleen and stomach,Yingwei,removing residual pathogens and treating concurrent symptoms should also be paid attention to. The key is to treat the root causes. We should pay special attention to protecting children’s yang qi at this time,and often accompanied with Aconite and Cinnamon Twig to help warm up yang and get the purpose of benefiting yang and dispelling evil. In this way,it can really achieve the goal of strengthening vital qi without helping the evil,dispelling the evil without harming vital qi.
