摘要
目的探讨威斯康星大学保存液(UW液)在冠状动脉旁路移植术中对隐静脉的保护作用。方法获取小鼠腔静脉和搭桥术中废弃隐静脉,分别给予UW液和生理盐水处理。观察两组组织病理变化、ROS产生、TUNEL和NLRP3炎性小体阳性率,检测UW液对隐静脉的保护作用。结果与对照组相比,经UW液处理的隐静脉ROS生成与TUNEL阳性率明显下降,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,与实验组相比,未经UW液处理的临床对照组NLRP3炎性小体阳性率上升,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论UW液能抑制冠状动脉旁路移植术中隐静脉保存过程中ROS产生、降低细胞凋亡和炎症反应,从而有效保护隐静脉。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of UW solution on saphenous vein in coronary artery bypass grafting.Methods Mice vena cava and saphenous vein from patients were obtained and treated with UW solution and normal saline,respectively.The histopathological changes,positive rates of ROS production,TUNEL and NLRP3 levels were observed in both UW treatment and non-treatment group.Results Compared with the control group,the positive rate of ROS and TUNEL in the UW solution treatment group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Furthermore,compared with the UW solution treatment group,the positive rate of NLRP3 inflammatory corpuscle in the clinical control group without UW solution significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion UW solution could effectively protect the saphenous vein by inhibiting the production of ROS,apoptosis and inflammatory reaction during coronary artery bypass grafting.
