摘要
文章针对海外项目城轨车辆刮雨器故障,介绍了刮雨器结构性能及工作原理,详细阐述刮雨器的常见故障现象并进行了原因分析,提出优化方案,通过在多个项目上的改进验证,刮雨器故障得到了有效控制,故障率全面下降。
In view of the faults of mass transit vehicle wiper in overseas project, this paper presents the structure performance and working principle of the wiper, and expounds in detail the common fault phenomena and cause analysis of the wiper. The optimization scheme are put forward, and the improvement and verification are carried out in several projects, the wiper faults are effectively controlled and the failure rate is reduced in an allround way.
