罐式炉加料小车精确定位装置研究

摘要 针对石油焦煅烧工艺中罐式炉皮带加料小车的精确定位问题,从定位传感器工作原理出发,结合罐式炉顶实际操作工况,分别从工程造价、检测精度、施工安装及日后维护难易程度等方面进行了综合比较分析,并根据实际工程需要寻求相对合理的定位解决方案,对日后提升罐式炉加料系统的整体自动化功能提供努力方向。 As to the problem of accurate positioning for the belt feeding carrier on the top of Vertical Shaft Furnace(VSF)in the production process of petroleum coke,starting from the detection principle of the positioning sensor,combined with the actual operating conditions of the top of VSF,comprehensive comparison and analysis are made from the aspects of engineering cost,detection accuracy,construction&installation and maintenance difficulty in the future.The analysis provides a relatively reasonable solution based on actual engineering requirements,and provides a striving orientation to promote the overall automation function for the feeding system of VSF.
