摘要
利用交流电位梯度(ACVG)方法对某油田中央处理厂埋地管道进行外防腐蚀层检测后,发现管线的防腐蚀层发生了严重的破损,在对区域内管线的土壤电阻率进行检测后证实管线处于较强的腐蚀环境中。根据区域内管线自然腐蚀电位、绝缘接头性能、接地系统的测试结果,确定了采用区域阴极保护方式对该区域埋地管线进行保护。采用BEASY软件构建埋地管线模型并进行网格划分,通过馈电试验和实验室土样测试结果确立了区域阴极保护设计的边界条件,采用深井阳极和深井阳极+浅埋阳极2套方案共计6种算例进行数值模拟分析,最终得到6支深井阳极或5支深井阳极+29支浅埋阳极的优化方案。
Alternative current voltage gradient( ACVG) method was used to detect the external coating damage points of buried pipelines in a central plant facility of an oil field,and these pipelines were found to be seriously damaged. After testing the soil resistivity,it was confirmed that these pipelines were surrounded by high corrosive environment. According to the testing results of the pipeline nature potential,insulating joint performance and grounding system in this region,the regional cathodic protection method was suggested to protect the buried pipeline.BEASY software was used to construct model of buried pipelines,and the cathodic protection boundary condition was established by the result of feeding experiment and laboratory soil testing. Six scheme examples of deep well anodes and deep well anodes combined with shallow buried anodes were used to conduct the numerical simulation analysis. Finally,the optimization solutions were obtained for six deep well anodes or five pieces of deep well anodes combined with twenty-nine shallow buried anodes.
