摘要
在中国,职业教育现代化是国家现代化、教育现代化的题中应有之义,它必须服从、服务于国家现代化和教育现代化;从中国职业教育的历史发展和现实需求来看,它又必须走在教育整体现代化的前面,为国家工业化和信息化等提供不可或缺的高素质高技术技能人才队伍支撑。同时,中国职业教育现代化具有人才培养质量现代化和服务区域现代经济社会发展的特征,它的决定因素在职业院校之外。由此决定了中国职业教育现代化有着不同于世界上职业教育发达国家和地区的特殊之处,从这个角度界定职业教育现代化的内涵,才具有科学性和现实性。
In China, the modernization of vocational education is the proper meaning of the modernization of the country and education. It must obey and serve the modernization of the country and education. From the historical development and practical needs of China’s vocational education, it must also go ahead of the overall modernization of education and provide an indispensable team of high-quality technical skills for the country’s industrialization and informatization. At the same time, the modernization of China’s vocational education has the characteristics of the modernization of personnel training quality and modern economic and social development of service area, and its decisive factors are outside the vocational colleges. Therefore, the modernization of China’s vocational education is different from the developed countries and regions in the world. Only from this point of view can we define the connotation of the modernization of vocational education scientifically and realistically.
