内齿珩轮强力珩齿变轴交角修磨方法研究

摘要 采用单一变动中心距的径向修磨方法对内齿珩轮修磨后会出现加工工件齿形逐渐变化的问题。文章基于内齿珩轮与工件加工接触的共轭啮合关系,分析了单一径向修磨导致齿面间接触状态变化的原因,并对变轴交角的修磨方法进行了研究,通过引入轴交角修正量来维持珩轮与工件齿面接触状态的稳定;建立了修磨前、后齿面接触线模型,结果显示变轴交角的修磨方式能够较好地改善由修磨进给导致的齿面接触变化问题。在内齿珩轮强力珩齿机上进行的齿轮加工试验结果验证了该方法的有效性。 Using the single radial dressing method to dress the internal gear honing wheel results in a gradual change in the tooth profile of the workpiece.For this problem,based on the conjugated meshing relationship between the honing wheel and workpiece machining contact,this paper analyzed the reason of the change of contact state between tooth surfaces caused by the single radial dressing,and the fluctuating crossed axis angle dressing method to ensure the stability of the contact state between the tooth surface of honing wheel and workpiece was studied.The tooth surface contact lines before and after dressing were modeled.The results show that the tooth surface contact change caused by dressing feed can be improved well by introducing the fluctuating crossed axis angle.Then the gear machining test was conducted on HMX-400 Fassler gear power honing machine,and the fluctuating crossed axis angle dressing method was verified to be effective.
