摘要
介绍了华策国际大厦钢板墙核心筒方案与混凝土核心筒方案的结构设计情况及修改过程。针对上部结构修改前后进行了计算数据对比,分析结构设计修改对工程整体成本的影响,并对主体结构的两个结构方案在造价、结构占用面积、工期等方面进行综合经济性比较分析,可以为同类工程提供参考。
The structural design and modification process of steel plate wall corewall scheme and concrete corewall scheme of Huace International Building were introduced. Calculation data before and after the modification of the superstructure were compared,and the influence of structural design modification on the overall cost of the project was analyzed,and comprehensive economic benefits of two schemes were analyzed and compared in perspectives of structural cost,occupied area of structure and structural duration,providing reference for similar projects.
