寺河矿煤层注水试验及效果分析

摘要 本次研究就注水工艺与相关装备的价值进行分析,在试验方法上,选用了封孔与注水的试验方式,应用新型封孔器。封孔工艺水平的优化降低孔口漏水情况的发生概率。因此,在封孔工作中,应采用动压的方式进行注水,同时,积极推动新型高压胶管封孔器的应用并促进封孔长度的增加,以便有效提升注水效果。 This paper analyzes the value of water infusion technology and related equipment. In terms of the test method, the method of sealing and water infusion is selected and a new type of sealing device is applied. The optimization of sealing technology reduces the probability of water leakage at the orifice. Therefore, dynamic pressure should be used to infuse water for sealing. Meanwhile, the application of new hole-sealing device with high-pressure rubber tube and the increase of hole-sealed length should be actively promoted so as to effectively improve the water infusion effect.
