摘要
目的分析声带息肉患者采用支撑喉镜下治疗效果。方法选取2017年1月—2018年6月本院收治的93例声带息肉患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表分为对照组(46例)和观察组(47例)两组。对照组于纤维喉镜下治疗,观察组于支撑喉镜下治疗,对比两组患者手术时间、住院时间、嗓音恢复时间、声带功能、术后并发症发生率、复发率及临床疗效。结果观察组嗓音恢复时间、住院时间、振幅微扰、标准化噪声能量、基频微扰水平、复发率及并发症发生率均低于对照组,手术时间及总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论支撑喉镜下手术能够有效改善声带息肉患者声带功能,促进嗓音恢复,并发症少,复发率低。
Objective To analyze the effect of laryngoscope in the treatment of vocal cord polyp.Methods From January 2017 to June 2018,93 patients with vocal cord polyps in our hospital were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into study group(n=47)and control group(n=46)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with fiberoptic laryngoscope,and the observation group was treated with support laryngoscope.The operation time,hospitalization time,voice recovery time,vocal cord function,postoperative complication rate,recurrence rate and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results The recovery time of voice,hospitalization time,amplitude perturbation,normalized noise energy,fundamental frequency perturbation level,recurrence rate and complication rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group.The operation time and total effective rate were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Support laryngoscope could effectively improve the vocal cord function of patients with vocal cord polyp,and promote the recovery of voice,with less complications and low recurrence rate.
