摘要
开放性实训室能提高高职院校教学资源的利用率,还能促进学生学习的积极性。开放性实训室要培养出满足社会和经济发展所需的高素质人才,就要充分发挥它的价值和建立科学合理的管理体系。本文将对高职院校开放性实训室管理存在的问题进行分析,并对这些问题提出相应的解决措施与策略,以达到优化开放性实训室管理体系和增强它的实用性的目的。
Open training room can improve the utilization rate of teaching resources in higher vocational colleges,and promote students'enthusiasm in learning.The open training room should give full play to its value and establish a scientific and reasonable management system in order to cultivate high quality talents to meet the needs of social and economic development.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the management of open training room in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward corresponding measures and strategies to solve these problems,so as to optimize the management system of open training room and enhance its practicability.
