摘要
针对注浆钻孔的优化设计问题,给出了新的注浆加固改造方法与流程。首先分析回采工作面地质及水文地质条件,依据含水层水压计算突水系数,确定煤层底板隔水层注浆加固段范围及含水层注浆改造段范围;然后按网格法设计出每个钻场的钻孔平面位置,力求平面钻孔布置均匀;剖切每个钻场每个钻孔的地质剖面图,结合平面和构造条件优化钻孔方位和倾角,使工作面底板加固层和改造层无论在平面上还是在剖面上的注浆效果最佳。实例研究表明,该方法具有良好的效果。
Aiming at the optimization design problem of grouting drilling, a new grouting reinforcement method and process are given. Firstly, analyze the geological and hydrogeological conditions of the mining face, calculate the water inrush coefficient according to the water pressure of the aquifer, so the range of the grouting reinforcement section of the aquifer of the coal seam floor and the range of the aquifer refining section are determined. Then The plane drilling position in each drilling field is designed according to the grid method, which should be uniformly deployed. Cut the geological profile of each drilling hole in each drilling field, optimize the drilling azimuth and inclination angle considering the conditions of the plane and geological structure, and make the grouting on the working surface floor reinforcement layer and renovation layer has the best effect in both plane and profile. The case studies show that this method has a good effect.
