采动条件下的金属矿山上覆岩体破坏区域及其特征研究 被引量:4

Research on Failure Region and Stress Behavior of Overlying Rock Mass in Metal Mine under Mining Conditions

摘要 确定采动条件下金属矿山上覆岩体破坏区域与应力行为,以某金属矿为背景,采用RFPA计算程序对该矿山在开采过程中上覆岩体破坏特征及力学行为进行研究,同时结合声发射技术对采动条件下覆岩的破坏区域及应力分布范围进行深入分析,提出采动条件下的金属矿山覆岩破坏的“三区”概念及应力分布划分原则。研究表明:金属矿上覆岩体随着采动影响可以划分为垮落区、塑性区、弹性区三个区域;并对各区域的成因及划分依据进行详细分析;为了进一步研究上覆岩体变形破坏区域和破坏形状特征,在采动条件下从采空区上覆岩体的位移矢量变化角度进行分析,得出随着开采的进行,上覆岩体破坏形状经历了水母状、圆拱形、桶状的大致破坏形态过程,这种形态与金属矿山地表塌陷现场较吻合。研究结果可为金属矿山三带的圈定和采取有效支护措施控制采空区围岩稳定提供理论依据。 In order to determine the failure regions and stress behavior of overlying rock mass in metal mines under mining conditions,we studied the failure characteristics and mechanical behavior of overlying rock mass in the mining process using RFPA calculating program and acoustic emission(AE)technique.The damage region and stress distribution range of overburden under mining conditions are analyzed in depth,and the"three-zone"concept and stress distribution principle of overburden damage in metal mines under mining conditions are proposed.The research shows that the overlying rock of the metal mine can be divided into three areas:the caving zone,the plastic zone,and the elastic zone with the mining influence.and analyze the cause of formation and the basis of division of each region.In order to further study the failure zone and shape characteristics of overlying strata,it was analyzed from the perspective of displacement vector change of overlying strata in goaf under mining conditions.Meanwhile it was concluded that with the development of mining,the failure shape of overlying strata has undergone the process of jellyfish shape,round arch shape and barrel shape.The form is consistent with the surface collapse of metal mine.This research results can provide a theoretical basis for“three-zone”partition and controlling the surrounding rock stability of mined-out area by taking effective support measures in metal mines.
