摘要
现代学徒制已经成为有效缓解高职院校校企难以深度合作的重要模式和人才培养形式之一。本研究以学院现代学徒制试点专业动物医学专业作为样本,主要从校企合作人才培养模式、教学运行与质量监控体系等方面阐述了高职动物医学专业实施现代学徒制试点工作的基本思路和做法以及面临的困难和思考。初步为畜牧兽医行业的现代学徒制的实施提供切实可行的参考模式。
Modern apprenticeship has already become one of the important modes and forms of personnel training to effectively alleviate the difficulty of in-depth cooperation between colleges and enterprises in higher vocational colleges. In this study, the animal medicine of the modern apprenticeship pilot specialty of the college was taken as a sample. From the aspects of training mode of school-enterprise cooperation,teaching operation and quality control system, this paper mainly expounds the basic ideas, practices, difficulties and considerations of the pilot work of implementing modern apprenticeship system in animal medicine specialty in higher vocational colleges, hoping provide a practical reference model for the implementation of modern apprenticeship system in animal husbandry and veterinary industry.
