摘要
目的针对性地解决运动员身体弱链的薄弱环节,提高身体肌肉的协调配合和身体对动作的控制能力,更好地发挥自身的竞技水平。方法对天津市蹦床队9名运动员进行运动模式评估,找出影响动作模式的薄弱环节,安排纠正性训练计划,改善身体弱链中的薄弱环节,纠正错误动作模式,提升动作质量。结果与结论通过8周的纠正性练习,运动员的动作得到明显改善,运动模式评估中出现的错误动作模式明显减少,在最大力量及爆发力的表现中有所提升,爆发力表现更为显著。运动模式评估作为一个指导工具,能够发现身体的错误动作模式,通过相应的纠正性动作,改善身体弱链,对于提高身体的最大力量及爆发力有较好的作用。
Objective To solve the weak link of athletes'weak chain,improve the coordination and cooperation of body muscles and the control ability of body to movement,and better play their own competitive level.Methods 9 athletes of Tianjin trampoline team were evaluated for their sports mode,the weak links affecting the action mode were found out,corrective training plans were arranged,the weak links in the weak chain of the body were improved,the wrong action mode was corrected,and the action quality was improved.Results and Conclusion Through 8 weeks of corrective exercise,the athletes'movements have been improved significantly,the wrong movement patterns in the evaluation of sports patterns have been significantly reduced,and the maximum strength and explosive force performance have been improved,and the explosive force performance is more significant.As a guidance tool,exercise mode evaluation can find the wrong movement mode of the body,and improve the weak chain of the body through corresponding corrective actions,which has a better effect on improving the maximum strength and explosive force of the body.
