摘要
针对油田注入水造成注水井管腐蚀结垢问题,调研分析了其腐蚀结垢原因及国内外疏水性材料防腐蚀结垢技术状况。经过实验室反复研究筛选,用环氧玻璃钢管作为注水井管进行了现场工业试验,结果表明,环氧玻璃钢管具有优异的防腐蚀、防结垢性能。下一步应进行环氧玻璃钢管材疏水性及现场试验研究,开发高效环保经济的防结垢、防腐蚀复合材料管材,为油田注水井管及油气集输等各类管道防结垢提供新的途径。
For corrosion and fouling of water injection well occurred in the oilfield, causes were investigated and analyzed. Anti-corrosion and anti-fouling technologies of hydrophobic materials at home and abroad were summarized. After repeated laboratory research and screening, the epoxy FRP pipe was used for water injection well in the field industrial test. The results showed that epoxy FRP pipe had remarkable effects. In the next step, hydrophobicity and field test study of epoxy FRP pipe should be carried out to develop efficient, environmentally friendly and economical composite material, so as to provide a new way for anti-corrosion and anti-fouling of water injection well and gas gathering and transportation pipelines in the oilfield.
