摘要
本文指出了中医院里中医师开具西药处方存在的一些常见问题,如医师诊断与处方记录采用中医和西医两个理论体系,进行中药和西药输液所选用的溶媒不当,给药时间不当以及不同医药理论体系共用不当,对产生问题的原因进行分析,并提出可能的解决办法与建议,从而减少或避免在中医院开具西药处方时出现类似问题。
There were some common problems in the prescription of Western medicine prescribed by TCM doctors in the hospital,such as the doctor’s diagnosis and prescription according to TCM medicine and Western medicine,improper application of solvents in infusion with TCM medicine and western medicine,improper administration time and sharing different medical theory systems.Analyzing the cause of those problems,proposing solutions and recommendations,will reduce or avoid similar problems.
