摘要
在"双一流"和"双高"建设的推动下,基于人才培养规格的侧重点不同,新时代初步形成了两大类型人才的培养路径:一是高等专科→学士学位→硕士学位→博士学位的学术研究型人才培养路径,一是高等专科→学士专业学位→硕士专业学位→博士专业学位的技术应用型人才培养路径。为使新时代人才培养路径更紧密匹配政治经济社会发展形势的变化,在巩固高等教育普及化的基础上,须对学制进行相应调整,把职业教育全部上移至高等教育阶段,优化学术学位和专业学位的设置比例,增设更多专业学位培养技术应用型人才。
Driven by the construction of"two world-class"and"two world-level", based on the different emphasis of personnel training specifications, the training path of two main types of personnel has preliminarily been formed:the first is the training path of research-oriented personnel with junior higher education→bachelor’s degree→master’s degree→doctor’s degree, and the other is the training path of application-oriented personnel with junior higher education→bachelor’s professional degree→master’s professional degree→doctor’s professional degree.In order to make the personnel training path in the new era more closely match the changes of the economic, political and social development situation, on the basis of strengthening the popularization of higher education, it is necessary to make corresponding changes to the school system, move all vocational education up to the higher education stage, optimize the setting proportion of academic degrees and professional degrees, and add more professional degrees to train application-oriented personnel.
