摘要
由于国家对于财政资金的使用越来越严格,政府采购的工作要求越来越严格,国家出台《政府采购法》、《中华人民共和国招标投标法实施条例》等相关法律规定,对于规范政府采购行为,节约采购成本,提高政府采购的绩效,发挥了十分积极的作用。但是在实际操作过程中,也出现了一些新的情况和问题需要研究解决,文中针对政府招投标过程中出现的问题进行了分析,并提出了解决问题的思路和建议。
As the use of financial funds is becoming more and more stringent,the requirements of government procurement are becoming stricter and stricter. It is the relevant laws and regulations issued by the state,such as the Government Procurement Law and the Implementation Regulations of the Bidding Law of the People’s Republic of China,which play a very positive role in standardizing government procurement behavior,saving procurement costs and improving the performance of government procurement. But in the actual operation process,there are some new situations and problems that need to be studied and solved.In this paper,the problems in the process of government bidding are analyzed,and the ideas and suggestions to solve the problems are put forward.
