摘要
以ATP(凹凸棒土)-TiO2复合材料为光催化剂,以亚甲基蓝(MB)为处理对象,考察含MB废水的pH值、MB初始质量浓度及催化剂的投加量对光催化效果的影响。结果表明,ATP-TiO2复合材料对MB有较好的催化降解作用,且溶液pH值越高,催化效果越好。用7 W紫外灯对600 mL初始质量浓度为30 mg/L的MB废水进行光催化氧化试验,当ATP-TiO2复合材料投加量为1.00 g,pH值为8.78时,光催化效果最佳,MB的去除率达95%以上,反应表现为一级反应,反应动力学符合Langmuir-Hinshelwood(L-H)模型。
It is detected how pH value of the MB waste water,initial concentration and the dosage of catalyst make an influence on the effect of photocatalyst by ATP-TiO2 compound materials as the photocatalyst and MB(methylene blue)as the processing object.The experiment indicates that the ATP-TiO2 compound materials exerts a better catalyzed degeneration impact upon MB,namely,the higher the solution pH value,the better catalytic effect.MB waste water with initial concentration of 30 mg/L is carried out the photocatalytic oxidation experiment by 7 W UV lamp.The finding goes as follows:when the ATP-TiO2 composite dosage reaches 1.00 g,pH value is 8.78,catalytic effect is the best,MB removal rate was above 95%presenting A-level response,and the catalytic kinetics fits the Langmuir-Hinshelwood(L-H)model.
