摘要
目的观察手术联合康复新液治疗肛周脓肿的临床疗效。方法选取2016年6月~2019年6月抚州市东乡区中医院收治的肛周脓肿患者62例。按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各31例。两组均接受肛周脓肿手术治疗,对照组术后采用生理盐水清洗创面,观察组术后采用康复新液清洗创面。比较两组临床疗效、创面愈合时间、拔管引流时间、住院时间、术后不同时间疼痛程度(VAS评分)以及并发症发生率。结果治疗后观察组总有效率为96.77%,高于对照组的80.65%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组拔管引流时间、创面愈合时间、住院时间均较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后2、7、14 d的VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率为6.45%,低于对照组的19.35%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肛周脓肿患者术后采用康复新液清洗,可有效促进切口创面愈合,提高临床疗效,减轻患者痛苦,减少并发症发生。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of surgery combined with rehabilitation fluid in the treatment of perianal abscess.Methods 62 patients with perianal abscess admitted to the anorectal department of TCM Hospital of Dongxiang District,Fuzhou City from June 2016 to June 2019 were enrolled.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,31 cases in each group.Both groups received surgical treatment of perianal abscess.The control group was treated with normal saline to clean the wound.The observation group was treated with rehabilitation fluid to clean the wound.The clinical efficacy,wound healing time,extubation drainage time,hospitalization time,postoperative pain degree(VAS score)and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 96.77%,which was higher than that of the control group 80.65%,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The time of extubation drainage,wound healing time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 2,7 and 14 d after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate was 6.45%in the observation group,which was lower than that in the control group 19.35%,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Patients with perianal abscess are treated with rehabilitation fluid,which can effectively promote the rapid healing of wound wounds,improve clinical efficacy,reduce patient suffering and reduce complications.
