Objective To analyze the significance of clinical pharmacy in guiding clinical rational drug use. Methods A total of 50 patients with routine clinical medication from January to December 2017 in our hospital were selected as the control group.50 patients with clinical medication from January to December 2018 were enrolled in the observation group. The clinical rational drug use rate, average hospitalization time, and drug cost were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical rational drug use rate of the observation group was 92.00%,which was higher than the control group’s 80.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average hospitalization time of the observation group was(5.11±1.23)d,the drug cost was(1210.00±120.00)yuan,which was lower than that of the control group(9.12±1.01)d,(1409.10±230.20)yuan,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of clinical drug adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.00%,which was lower than 16.00%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical pharmacy guidance can improve the clinical rational drug use rate, shorten the hospitalization time, further reduce the hospitalization cost, reduce the economic burden of patients, and reduce the adverse drug reactions in clinical use.It can positively promote the comprehensive rational use of drugs.effect.
