摘要
目的:探究益艾沐足包对无痛人流术后不适症状、血流动力学指标及并发症的影响.方法:收集我院2017年8月-2018年8月无痛人工流产手术终止早期妊娠者100例,根据随机对照表分为对照组和试验组,其中试验组50例,对照组50例,两组均予以无痛人工流产术.术后对照组患者予以罗红霉素胶囊0.15 g口服,每日2次;产后逐瘀胶囊0.9 g,每日3次.试验组在对照组的基础上予以益艾沐足包浴足,每次15~20 min,每日2次.两组均共治疗7日.治疗结束后对比两组术后不适症状、血流动力学指标及并发症.结果:与干预前相比,两组干预后MAP、HR较低(P<0.05);与对照组相比,试验组不适症状治疗总有效率较高,术后并发症发生率较低(P<0.05).试验组与对照组MAP、HR水平相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).两组治疗前后SpO2差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:益艾沐足包用于无痛人流术后能改善患者术后不适症状,改善血流动力学,下调术后并发症发生率,对其术后临床运用有一定价值.
Objective:To explore the effect of Yiai Muzu pack(益艾沐足包)on discomfort symptoms,hemodynamics indexes and complications after painless abortion.Methods:From August 2017 to August 2018,100 cases of early pregnancy termination by painless induced abortion in our hospital were collected.According to the random comparison table,they were divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 50 cases in the experimental group and 50 cases in the control group.Both groups were given painless induced abortion.Patients in the control group were given roxithromycin capsules 0.15 g orally twice a day.Postpartum Zhuyu capsule 0.9 g,three times a day.On the basis of the control group,the experimental group was given Yiai Muzu package foot bath,15~20min each time,twice a day.Both groups were treated for 7 days.After the treatment,postoperative discomfort symptoms,hemodynamic indexes and complications of the two groups were compared.Results:MAP and HR were lower in two groups after intervention than those before intervention(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the treatment e fficiency of discomfort symptoms in the experimental group was higher and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in MAP and HR levels between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).There was no signi ficant di fference in SpO2 between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yiai Muzu pack could relieve postoperative discomfort symptoms,improve hemodynamics,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications of painless abortion and it had certain value in postoperative clinical application.
