摘要
目的研究脐动脉和子宫动脉血流彩色多普勒超声检测在妊娠期高血压疾病(HDCP)诊治中的应用价值。方法选取2018年1月至2018年12月我院收治的86例HDCP孕妇为实验组,同期85例健康孕妇为对照组,分别于妊娠中、晚期对两组孕妇进行多普勒超声检测,比较两组的脐动脉和子宫动脉RI、 PI、 S/D、不良妊娠结局情况及新生儿Apgar评分。结果实验组妊娠中期、晚期胎儿脐动脉RI、 PI、 S/D明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。实验组妊娠中期、晚期子宫动脉RI、 PI、 S/D明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。实验组的不良妊娠结局发生率明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。实验组的新生儿Apgar评分明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声可准确检测孕妇中晚期脐动脉及子宫动脉RI、 PI、 S/D,及早发现异常情况,为HDCP诊断及干预提供参考。
Objective To study the application value of color Doppler ultrasound for umbilical artery and uterine artery in the diagnosis and treatment of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy(HDCP). Methods 86 HDCP pregnant women admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as experimental group, and 85 healthy pregnant women in the same period were selected as control group. Doppler ultrasound was performed in the second trimester and the third trimester. The umbilical artery and uterine artery RI, PI, S/D, adverse pregnancy outcomes and neonatal Apgar score were compared between the two groups. Results The umbilical artery RI, PI and S/D in the second trimester and the third trimester of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P <0.05). The uterine artery RI, PI and S/D in the second trimester and the third trimester of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P <0.05). The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05). The Apgar score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Color Doppler ultrasound can accurately detect RI, PI and S/D of umbilical artery and uterine artery in the second trimester and the third trimester of pregnant women, early detect abnormal conditions, and provide reference for HDCP diagnosis and intervention.
