摘要
西铭矿南六采区8#、9#煤层距离近,9#煤层开采时易受上部8#煤层开采的影响,增加了巷道布置以及支护难度。采用理论分析、计算以及数值模拟的方法分析了影响下部煤层回采巷道布置的因素有上部煤层的保护煤柱以及上部煤层开采后底板的破坏情况。为避开上部8#煤层残留煤柱的影响,由理论计算可得8#与9#煤层回采巷道的内错距离不小于8 m;通过数值模拟可得当内错距离大于10 m时,残留煤柱对下部煤层的影响最小。现场观测围岩变形验证了研究结果的正确。
The NO.8 and NO.9 coal seams in the Southern 6 mining area of Ximing coal mine are close to each other.When NO.9 coal seam is mined,it is easily affected by the mining of the upper 8#coal seam,which increases the difficulty of roadway layout and support.The theoretical analysis,calculation and numerical simulation method are used to analyze the factors affecting the layout of the mining roadway in the lower coal seam,they are the protective coal pillar and the damage of the floor of the upper coal seam.In order to keep away from the stress influence of the coal pillar in the upper NO.8 coal seam,the internal distance away from the 8#seam roadway for NO.9 coal seam mining roadway must be no less than 8 m by theoretical calculation.Numerical simulation shows that the stress by upper coal pillar becomes minimal when the internal distance away from the NO.8 seam roadway is larger than 10 m.The deformation of surrounding rock observed in the field verifies the correctness of the research results.
