摘要
目的探讨十全大补汤加减治疗心肌梗死后心力衰竭的效果及安全性。方法选取2017年11月—2018年11月治疗的心肌梗死后心力衰竭患者84例,随机分为2组,对照组应用硝酸甘油治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上应用十全大补汤加减治疗。比较2组治疗效果及心功能指标改善情况。结果对照组治疗总有效率为71.4%,研究组治疗总有效率为97.6%,研究组治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后心功能指标LVDD(左室舒张末内经)2组均有所降低,而研究组降低程度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);LVEF(左心室射血分数)与SV(每搏输出量)2组均有所升高,而研究组升高程度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心肌梗死后心力衰竭患者应用十全大补汤加减治疗,其临床效果良好,能够有效改善患者心功能指标,改善患者生活质量,值得在临床上广泛推广使用。
Objective To explore the effect and safety of Shiquan Dabu decoction in the treatment of heart failure after myocardial infarction.Methods 84 patients with heart failure after myocardial infarction treated in our hospital from November 2017 to November 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with nitroglycerin and the study group was treated with Shiquan Dabu decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect and improvement of cardiac function were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the control group was 71.4%,and that of the study group was 97.6%.The therapeutic effect of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The cardiac function index LVDD(left ventricular end-diastolic internal meridian)was decreased in both groups before and after treatment,while the reduction degree of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).LVEF(left ventricular ejection fraction)and SV(stroke output)were increased in both groups.It was higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shiquan Dabu decoction has good clinical effect in treating patients with heart failure after myocardial infarction.It can effectively improve patients'cardiac function and quality of life.It should be widely used in clinic.
