蓄冷型冷藏陈列柜温度场及速度场的数值模拟研究 被引量:2

摘要 为解决传统敞开式冷藏陈列柜温度场、速度场分布不均,融霜阶段温度回升快、波动大等问题,本文通过数值模拟的方法,建立了三维数学模型,采用了标准k-?湍流模型,分别研究了敞开式冷藏陈列柜不同送风风速(0.7 m/s、0.9 m/s、1.1 m/s、1.3 m/s)对柜内温度场和速度场的影响;并模拟了使用蓄冷板作为搁架对冷藏陈列柜保温性能的影响。研究结果表明:送风风速的增加有利于风幕的形成,能够减小柜内的温度梯度,保证温度场和速度场的稳定;使用蓄冷搁架可以减小冷藏陈列柜内各层间的温差,降低柜内温度梯度,因此使用蓄冷板可以增强冷藏陈列柜的保温效果,更加符合商超冷藏销售的实际需求。 To solve the problems such as uneven distribution of temperature field and speed field and large energy consumption of traditional open refrigerated display cabinets, a three-dimensional mathematical model was established by means of numerical simulation in this paper. Standard k-tickle turbulence model was adopted to respectively study the influence of different air supply speeds(0.7 m/s, 0.9 m/s, 1.1 m/s, 1.3 m/s) on temperature field and velocity field of open refrigerated cabinet. The effect of using cold plate as shelf on the insulation performance of refrigerated display cabinet is simulated. The results show that the increase of the air supply velocity is beneficial to the formation of the air curtain, which can reduce the temperature gradient in the cabinet and ensure the stability of the temperature field and velocity field. The use of storage rack can reduce the temperature difference between the layers in the refrigerated display cabinet and reduce the temperature gradient in the cabinet. Therefore, the use of cold plate can enhance the insulation effect of the refrigerated display cabinet, which is more in line with the actual demand of supermarket refrigeration sales.
