摘要
目的为了提高甲状腺乳头状癌围手术期治疗效果,分析心理护理程序在改善患者心理状态、生活质量、护理满意度等方面的价值。方法根据患者住院号先后顺序从2016年1月-2018年2月在中山市中医院治疗的甲状腺乳头状癌围手术期患者中抽取60例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组给予常规护理措施,观察组在对照组护理措施基础上辅以心理护理,比较不同护理措施对两组患者心理状态、生活质量、护理满意度等方面的影响。结果观察组患者的护理满意度为96.67%,高于对照组的76.67%;护理后观察组患者的HAMA评分低于对照组,GQOL-74评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺乳头状癌患者围手术期接受心理护理程序,不仅能够增加患者对护理服务的满意度,而且还能够减少患者负面情绪,提高患者生活质量,效果明显,值得临床应用。
Objective To analyze the value of psychological nursing procedure in improving patients’ psychological status,quality of life and nursing satisfaction degree,in order to improve the perioperative therapeutic effect of thyroid papillary carcinoma. Methods According to the sequence of inpatient number,60 cases of thyroid papillary carcinoma in perioperative period treated in Zhongshan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2016 to February 2018 were selected as subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each. The control group was given routine nursing measures,and the observation group was given psychological nursing based on the nursing measures of the control group. The effects of different nursing measures on the psychological state,quality of life and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 96.67%,higher than 76.67% of the control group;after nursing,the HAMA score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the GQOL-74 score was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing procedure for patients with thyroid papillary cancer during perioperative period could not only increase patients’ satisfaction degree with nursing service,but also reduce patients’ negative emotions and improve patients’ quality of life. The effect was remarkable,which was worthy of clinical application.
