正交试验优选萝卜硝的炮制工艺

摘要 目的:优选萝卜硝的炮制工艺,为完善其质量标准提供参考。方法:采用正交试验考察萝卜硝炮制过程萝卜用量、共煮时间、结晶温度对炮制工艺的影响,以硫酸钠的含量与结晶得率(加权系数为6∶4)所得的总加权评分作为评价指标,优选萝卜硝的炮制工艺。并对萝卜硝进行薄层鉴别以保证其符合《四川省中药饮片炮制规范》的质量标准。结果:萝卜硝炮制最佳工艺为,皮硝加入萝卜汤(比例1∶1,萝卜汤为萝卜切片加水煎煮30min滤过所得)共煮15min后在0℃结晶24h。结论:优选工艺稳定可行,所得萝卜硝无水硫酸钠含量96%,符合规定。 Objective:To optimize the processing technology of radish mirabilite and provide reference for improving its quality standard.Method:The effects of radish dosage,co-boiling time and crystallization temperature on the processing technology of radish mirabilite were investigated by orthogonal test.Taking the total weighted score of sodium sulfate content and crystallization yield(weighted coefficient was 6:4)as evaluation index,the processing technology of radish mirabilite was optimized.The radish salts were identified by TLC to ensure that they met the quality standard of the Processing Standards of Sichuan Traditional Chinese Medicine Pieces.Result:The optimum processing technology of radishs mirabilite was that the radish soup was added to mirabilite(1:1,the radish soup was the filtrate obtained by boiling slices of radish with water for 30 minutes)and boiled for 15 minutes and then crystallized at 0℃for 24 hours.Conclusion:The optimum process is stable and feasible.The content of anhydrous sodium sulfate in radish soup is 96%,which meets the requirements.
