摘要
API 682标准定义的Plan32辅助密封方案是目前用于含有颗粒等杂质工况的主流方案之一,此方案简单可靠,被认为是机械密封杂质清除系统的终极解决方法。但是,如何用最经济的外冲洗液消耗量达到最佳的使用效果,一直是难题之一。通过分析影响机械密封外冲液流量的诸要素,为主机厂、最终用户和密封制造商提供一种减少消耗的可行参考。
With the definition from API 682 standard, Plan32 sealing scheme is one of essential sealing scheme for the conditions with impurities and particles. This scheme is simple and reliable, and it is considered as the ultimate scheme for mechanical seal working with impurity removal system. But what is the most economical consumption of external flushing liquid, with which the best result can be reached, is always one of difficult issues. In this article, some factors influencing the consumption of external flushing liquid used in mechanical seal were analyzed, which may referenced for reduction of the consumption of cleaning liquid for seal manufacturer, user and main machine manufacturer.
