摘要
结合有关共代谢的研究现状,介绍了用于共代谢研究的难降解有机物种类,主要为芳香族化合物、含氯化合物、抗生素、药品及个人护理用品、部分实际工业废水等。重点介绍了具有共代谢功能的微生物,主要为甲烷氧化菌、假单胞菌和氨氧化菌等,并讨论了微生物共代谢技术的研究现状,进一步提出促进共代谢技术发展的研究方向。
Based on the research status of co-metabolism,the categories of refractory organic substances used in cometabolism research are introduced,mainly including aromatic compounds,chlorine-containing compounds,antibiotics,pharmaceuticals,personal care products and some actual industrial wastewater. The microorganisms with co-metabolism function are introduced,including methanotrophs,Pseudomonas,ammonia oxidizing bacteria(AOB),et al. The research status of microbial co-metabolism technology is discussed and the research direction of promoting the further development of co-metabolism technology is proposed.
