W市Z水厂、X水厂、D水厂的臭氧-活性炭深度处理工艺已运行8年,从投运至今,长期跟踪了活性炭池出水水质、理化指标,结果显示:活性炭池投运初期,对有机物去除效率高达40%以上,运行8年后,去除率降为20%左右;且其对2-MIB和GSM有较好的去除效果;运行稳定后,对氨氮有较好去除效果,确保水质稳定达标。长期运行后,活性炭强度、粒度分布完全达标,已形成较为成熟的生物膜,但碘吸附值衰减率达80%。由于活性炭池的去除效果已接近江苏省相关规定的限值,且当太湖原水水质波动时,炭池的抗冲击能力减弱;因此,为提高水厂饮用水安全的保障系数,建议3座水厂考虑开展活性炭更换工作,进一步研究更换方式。
The advanced processes of Z,X,D water treatment plant in W city have been operating for 8 years. From the operation so far, a long-term operation monitoring on the water quality and physical and chemical indicators of activated carbon filter were studied. The results show that the removal rate of organic matter is over 40% during early operation of carbon filter, after 8 years, the removal rate dropped to about 20%. The carbon filter has good removal effect to 2-MIB and GSM. After stable operation, the carbon filter could remove ammonia nitrogen, to ensure the requirements of water supply standard. After long run, the strength and particle size distribution of carbon are up to standard, the stable biofilm has been formed in the carbon filters, but the iodine value was decayed 80%. Because the removal effect of carbon filter is close to the limit value of Jiangsu province, and when the raw water quality fluctuate, the impact resistance of carbon filter is weakened. To improve the guarantee factor of drinking water safety, the replacement of activated carbon is considered in Z,X,D water treatment plant, and the replacement methods should be studied.
