生物钟与心血管疾病联系的研究进展 被引量:5

Research advances in relationship between biological clock and cardiovascular diseases

摘要 昼夜节律广泛存在于生命体中,主要由生物钟调控,使生命活动呈现以24 h为周期的变化。越来越多的研究表明,生物钟与心血管的生理功能密切相关,比如基础血压和心率的日周期变化主要受控于生物钟而非行为。此外,心肌细胞的代谢、血管内皮的功能,以及血管的收缩和舒张均受到生物钟的调节。不仅如此,许多心血管事件的发生,如心肌梗死的发生也具有明显的昼夜节律特征。基于动物模型的研究显示,昼夜节律紊乱是心血管事件发生的重要风险因素之一。本文综述了有关生物钟与心血管疾病联系的最新研究进展,希望有助于根据生物钟理论优化心血管疾病治疗策略。 Circadian rhythms widely exist in living organisms, and they are regulated by the biological clock. Growing evidence has shown that circadian rhythms are tightly related to the physiological function of the cardiovascular system, including blood pressure, heart rate, metabolism of cardiomyocytes, function of endothelial cells, and vasoconstriction and vasodilation. In addition, disruption of circadian rhythms has been considered as one of the important risk factors for cardiovascular diseases, such as myocardial infarction. This review summarizes the recent research advances in the relationship between circadian clock and cardiovascular diseases, hoping to improve treatment strategies for patients with cardiovascular diseases according to the theory of biological clock.
