摘要
随着基础教育改革不断深入,体育教育专业田径课程的改革势在必行。基于岗位需求的视角下,运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法对田径教学中学生创新能力培养进行分析。研究发现制约学生创新能力形成主要因素:重技能传授,轻学生能力培养,田径课程内容与基础教育需要相脱节,田径课程考核方式单一。提出建议:转变田径教学的思路、优化田径教学内容的结构与教学方法、改革评价方式、创建新型师资队伍等策略,促进学生创新能力的培养。
With the deepening of basic education reform, it is imperative to reform the track and field curriculum of physical education major. Based on the perspective of job demand, this paper analyzes the cultivation of students’ innovative ability in track and field teaching by means of literature and logical analysis. It is found that the main factors restricting the formation of students’ innovation ability are: emphasizing skills teaching, neglecting students’ ability training, disconnecting track and field course content from basic education needs, and single track and field course assessment method. Some Suggestions are put forward, such as changing the thinking of track and field teaching, optimizing the structure and teaching method of track and field teaching content, reforming the evaluation method, creating a new teaching team, etc., to promote the cultivation of students’ innovative ability.
