摘要
学术型硕士培养是培养高层次人才的一个重要环节,我国对研究生的培养工作高度重视。本文讨论了土木工程专业学术型硕士培养过程中存在的一些问题及其原因,并针对这些问题对学校、导师和研究生等方面提出了一些改进的建议。
Academic Master’s training is an important part of training high-level talents. Our country attaches great importance to the training of postgraduates. This paper discusses some problems and their causes in the training process of academic master of civil engineering specialty, and puts forward some suggestions for improvement of schools, tutors and postgraduates in view of these problems.
