摘要
为迅速提高我国建筑施工企业对BIM技术应用能力与效度,参考软件成熟度评价模型(CMM),构建BIM成熟度评估指标体系准确测量我国施工企业的BIM应用能力。评价体系建立的过程中充分考虑了各评价指标之间的关联性和测量指标的独立性,确保评估过程的模糊性与随机性;使用测量模型确定评价指标的权重,采用云模型进行成熟度评价,最终构建基于建筑施工过程的BIM能力成熟度模型。
To rapidly improve the application ability and validity of BIM technology in China's construction enterprises,this study constructs a BIM maturity assessment index system that is referred to the software maturity evaluation model(CMM)to accurately measure the BIM application capability of construction enterprises in China.In the establishment of the evaluation system,the correlation between the evaluation indicators and the independence of the measurement indicators are fully considered to ensure the ambiguity and randomness of the evaluation process.The measurement model is used to determine the weight of the evaluation indicators,and the cloud model is used for maturity evaluation.Finally,this study builds a BIM capability maturity model based on the construction process.
