摘要
版纳鱼螈是两栖类蚓螈目在中国的唯一代表物种,在掌握版纳鱼螈野外种群分布的基础上,根据我们对版纳鱼螈栖息地生境选择规律的了解,为寻找一种适合版纳鱼螈的资源调查方法,本研究选择庄稼地和田埂作为研究生境,设计并比较了样线法、人工掩蔽物法和挖掘法在版纳鱼螈资源调查方法中的效果。结果显示,通过样线法调查发现112条(次)版纳鱼螈,人工掩蔽物法和挖掘法未发现版纳鱼螈,说明人工掩蔽物法和挖掘法对于版纳鱼螈的调查没有很好的效果,庄稼地和田埂生境中样线法是适合版纳鱼螈资源调查的一种方法,而在其它生境中,如小溪、池塘、荒地、村庄等的调查方法仍有待于进一步研究。
Ichthyophis bannanicus is the only representative species of amphibians gymnophiona in China.On the basis of wild population distribution of the Ichthyophis bannanicus,according to our understanding of the habitat selection rules of the Ichthyophis bannanicus,in order to find a suitable resource survey method for Ichthyophis bannanicus,the study selects the cropland and ridge as the research habitats.The effects of the line transect method,the artificial mask method and the excavation method in the survey method of the Ichthyophis bannanicus resource were designed and compared.The results showed that 112 Ichthyophis bannanicus were found by line transect method,but no Ichthyophis bannanicus was found by artificial mask method and excavation method.It is proved that the artificial mask method and excavation method are not very effective for the investigation of Ichthyophis bannanicus.The line transect method in cropland and ridge habitat is a suitable method for the investigation of Ichthyophis bannanicus,while in other habitats,such as creeks,ponds,wasteland,villages and other survey methods remain to be further studied.
