摘要
山东省济南某地铁车站施工中,分析车站临时结构如冠梁及周边环境影响盾构接收时洞门破除施工存在的风险,并采取打设管棚,防止切割冠梁时上方土体塌陷,将冠梁、灌注桩与刀盘连成整体,利用盾构机前推将桩体和冠梁顶出洞门等措施,节省了工时,确保了安全接收.
During the construction of a metro station in Ji'nan,the temporary structure of the station,such as the crown beam and the surrounding environment,is analyzed.When the shield is received,the risk of the construction of the tunnel is broken,and the pipe shed is used to prevent the collapse of the upper soil during the cutting of the crown beam.The pouring pile and the cutter head are integrated into one,and the shield body machine is used to push the pile body and the crown beam to the top of the hole door,thereby saving working hours and ensuring safe reception.
