14d尾吊模拟失重大鼠眼底血流动力学及眼轴变化研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨尾吊模拟失重14d对大鼠视网膜中央动脉血流动力学及眼轴变化的影响。方法 25只大鼠随机均分为5组:正常组,尾吊1d组,尾吊4d组,尾吊7d组,尾吊14d组,采用尾悬吊法建立模拟失重效应动物模型。彩色多普勒超声诊断仪测量大鼠视网膜中央动脉血流动力学及眼轴变化,血流动力学参数包括:收缩期最大血流速度(peak maximum systolic velocity,PSV),舒张末期血流速度(the end diastolic velocity EDV),搏动指数(pulsatility index,PI),阻力指数(resistance index,RI);彩色眼底照相观察大鼠视盘及视网膜变化。结果大鼠尾吊1d后PSV及EDV增高(P<0.05);尾吊14d组同尾吊1d组相比,PSV及EDV降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,各组PI、RI差异均无显著性意义。与尾吊4d组相比,尾吊7d组眼轴变短(P<0.05),同尾吊7d组相比,尾吊14d组眼轴变短(P<0.05)。各组观察期间,彩色眼底照相未见明显视盘水肿、视网膜出血、渗出等病变。结论14d尾吊模拟失重对大鼠眼底血流有一定影响。随尾吊时间延长,眼轴变短,观察期内未见大鼠视盘及视网膜明显损伤。 Objective To investigate the effects of simulated weightlessness on the ocular hemodynamics of central retinal artery and ocular axis in rats.Methods A total of 25 healthy rats were randomly divided into 5 groups:the control group,the tail suspension group for 1 day,the tail suspension group for 4 days,the tail suspension group for 7 days and the tail suspension group for 14 days.The ocular hemodynamics of central retinal artery(CRA)and the ocular axis in rats were detected and analyzed by color Doppler ultrasonography.The hemodynamic parameters included the peak maximum systolic velocity(PSV),the end diastolic velocity(EDV),the pulsatility index(PI)and the resistance index(RI).Changes of optic disc and retina in rats were observed by color fundus photography.Results Compared with the control group,the PSV and EDV were increased in the tail suspension group for 1 day(P<0.05).The PSV and EDV were decreased significantly in the tail suspension group for 14 days compared with the tail suspension group for 1 day(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in PI and RI in the control and suspended groups.Compared with the tail suspension group for 4 days,the axial length of the eye was shorter(P<0.05)in the tail suspension group for 7 days.Compared with the tail suspension group for 7 days,the axial length of the eye was shorter(P<0.05)in the tail suspension group for 14 days.During the observation period,there was no obvious papilloedema,retinal hemorrhage,exudation and other pathological changes in color fundus photography in each group.Conclusion Simulated weightlessness by tail suspension for 14 dhas a certain effect on the fundus blood flow in rats.With the extension of the tail suspension time,the axis of the eye becomes shorter.No obvious damage to the optic disc and retina is observed in the observation period.
