摘要
目的:观察郑氏推拿手法配合二黄新伤止痛软膏外敷治疗儿童髋关节一过性滑膜炎的疗效。方法:选取符合纳入标准的80例在我院住院的髋关节一过性滑膜炎患儿,随机对照分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例)。两组患儿均采用卧床制动、持续皮肤泡沫带牵引,观察组在此基础上配合郑氏推拿手法治疗及二黄新伤止痛软膏外敷,而对照组配合TDP治疗仪治疗。分析比较两组患儿的临床疗效、VAS疼痛评分、复发率及并发症情况。结果:两组患儿在治疗前VAS评分无明显差异,但在治疗后的第3天、第7天观察组的VAS评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组在治疗后的第1周、第2周对的临床有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:郑氏推拿手法配合二黄新伤止痛软膏外敷治疗儿童髋关节一过性滑膜炎疗效显著,值得临床推广使用。
Objective:To study the effect of Zheng’s massage combined with Erhuang Xinshang Zhitong Ointment on transient synovitis of hip joint in children. Methods:80 children with transient synovitis of hip joints who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group(40 cases) and control group(40 cases). Two groups of children were treated with bed immobilization and continuous skin foam tape traction. The observation group was treated with Zheng’s massage manipulation and external application of Er Huang Xin Zhi Zhitong ointment, while the control group was treated with TDP therapeutic apparatus. The clinical efficacy, VAS pain score, recurrence rate and complications of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results:There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups before treatment, but the VAS score of the observation group on the 3 rd and 7 th day after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group(P< 0.05). The clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group in the first and second week after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05). Conclusion:Zheng’s massage manipulation combined with Erhuang Xinshang Zhitong Ointment is effective in treating transient synovitis of hip joint in children, which is worthy of clinical application.
