摘要
目的探讨针对性护理在超声引导下星状神经节阻滞治疗颈源性眩晕中的应用效果。方法选取2016年9月~2018年5月我院收治的100例颈源性眩晕的患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(50例)和对照组(50例)。对照组患者采用常规护理方法,观察组患者采用针对性护理方法。比较两组患者的护理总有效率、起效时间、痊愈时间及生活质量(SF-36)量表的评分情况。结果观察组患者的护理总有效率(96.00%)高于对照组(84.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的起效时间[(6.31±2.11)d]、痊愈时间[(13.27±3.45)d]均短于对照组[(14.82±3.65)、(24.78±4.01)d],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理后的SF-36(物质生活、心理功能、社会功能、躯体功能)评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在超声引导下星状神经节阻滞治疗颈源性眩晕的过程中,实施针对性的护理干预措施,可以快速改善患者的临床症状,确保治疗的顺利实施,保证治疗效果,对患者的康复起到推进作用,值得应用推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing in ultrasound-guided stellate ganglion block for cervical vertigo.Methods A total of 100 patients with cervical vertigo admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to May 2018 were selected as the research object and divided into observation group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases)according to the random number table method.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing methods,while patients in the observation group were given targeted nursing intervention methods.The total effective rate of nursing rate,onset time,recovery time and recovery time and quality of life(SF-36)scale scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of nursing care in the observation group(96.00%)was higher than that in the control group(84.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The onset time([6.31±2.11]d),recovery time([13.27±3.45]d)of the patients in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group([14.82±3.65],[24.78±4.01]d),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The SF-36(material life,psychological function,social function and physical function)scores of the patients in the observation group after nursing were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of ultrasound-guided stellate ganglion block for cervical vertigo,the implementation of targeted nursing intervention measures can quickly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,ensure the smooth implementation of treatment,ensure the treatment effect,promote the rehabilitation of patients,and is worthy of application and promotion.
