CO2点阵激光加得宝松封包联合308nm准分子激光治疗稳定期白癜风临床研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的对C02点阵激光与得宝松封包及308 nm准分子激光联合方法治疗稳定期白癜风的临床疗效进行研究。方法选择2017年1月至2018年12月收治的72例稳定期白癜风病人研究,随机分对照组和观察组各36例,对照组给予308 nm准分子激光进行照射治疗,观察组则在对照组基础上联合C02点阵激光与得宝松封包治疗,观察治疗3个月后两组疗效情况。结果对照组治疗后总疗效是47.22%,观察组是72.22%,两组疗效差异相比有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中对局限型治疗的疗效最佳,其次为节段型、非节段型,混合型疗效最差,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05);两组病人均无明显的不良反应情况。结论对稳定期白癜风采用C02点阵激光与得宝松封包及308nm准分子激光联合治疗的方法疗效显著,安全性高,可作为稳定期白癜风治疗的优先选择方案。 Objective to study clinical effect of C02 lattice laser combined with Diprospan capsulation and 308 nm excimer laser in treatment of stable vitiligo.Methods choose 72 cases stable vitiligo patients from January 2017 to December 2018 for research,divide them into control group and observation group randomly,36 cases in each group.Control group was treated with 308 nm excimer laser irradiation,while observation group with C02 lattice laser combined with Diprospan capsulation on the basis of control group.Observe curative effect of two groups 3 months after treatment.Results total curative effect of control group was 47.22%and that of observation group was 72.22%.Difference between two groups was statistically significant,(P<0.05).It has the best curative effect on limited type,followed with segmental type and non-segmental type,and mixed type had the worst effect,difference showed no statistical significance between two groups(P<0.05).Both groups showed no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion C02 lattice laser combined with Diprospan and 308 nm excimer laser has significant effect and safety in treatment of stable vitiligo,which can be preferred treatment for stable vitiligo.
