摘要
基础医学专业培养目标是为高等医学院校、医院、科研机构等部门培养具有医学理论知识和实验技能,从事基础医学各学科的教学、实验及科研工作的专门人才。遵循“培养具有岗位胜任能力和创新思维的新世纪医学人才”的核心理念,在教学实践中,夯实基础理论,开展解剖实训,进行科研探索,强化实习带教,有效提升人才培养质量。
The training goal of basic medicine specialty is to train specialized personnel with medical theory knowledge and experimental skills for the departments of medical colleges hospitals and scientific research institutions who are engaged in the teaching,experiment and scientific research of basic medicine disciplines.Following the core idea of**training medical talents with post competence and innovative thinking in the new century’’,we should consolidate basic theory,carry out anatomical training,carry out scientific research and exploration,strengthen practice teaching.and effectively improve the quality of personnel training in teaching practice.
